Stop searching outside.

Tune into thewisdom inside you.

1:1 Ayurvedic coaching for the life you are actually living.

  • You read the latest books.
  • You've done the elimination diets.
  • You eat clean. You never skip your supplements or your morning routine.
  • You give it your time, your money, and most of all, yourself.

You start with hope, every time.

Maybe it even works for a while.

Then a trip comes up. A hard month arrives. And everything goes back to the start.

"Ugh. I was doing so well."

Each time, you lose a little more hope.

You'd never say it out loud, but the thought is there: it must be me.

It isn't you.

Every body is different. One person's medicine can be another's poison. And even when you learn something that truly is medicine for you, if your body is running on an alarm that never quite switches off, nothing works.

Melis Baltalı Olçum

Before Ayurveda, I was always searching outside myself.

Constipation, reflux, painful periods, anxiety, a tiredness that never lifted. I tried everything that was called healthy at the time: diets, supplements, protocols. Some helped for a while. Nothing stayed.

Then I found Ayurveda. "This is it," I thought. But like most of us, I started with the dosha diets: a vata diet, a pitta diet, a kapha diet. None of it was wrong. It was incomplete. It gave me a list for my type, while my body and my life kept changing.

And even the right knowledge, I couldn't bring into my life. I knew exactly what to do, and I couldn't do it. My life was already full, my mind was tired, and I kept piling new things on top of everything else. That pulled me into a new cycle. The result? I felt incomplete, like a failure, and worst of all, hopeless.

What changed things was learning, over the years, to read my body when a new wave came, and how to support it. What it needs, in this season, on this kind of day. One step at a time, small enough that I could actually carry it.

Then I realised the knowledge had been in me all along. It's in you too. Your body has been telling you the whole time. The work is learning to read it.

What we actually do together?

  1. Tune In.Know your boardLearn to read your own nature, and the whispers of your body.
  2. Nourish.Meet the waveLearn to nourish your body by qualities and principles, so you stay steady when a new wave comes.
  3. Cycle Break.Live what you knowSee the cycles that keep bringing you back to the same place, and change them.

How it works?

A process of four to six months. We understand how your pathology developed and what your genetics lean toward, then draw a roadmap: to transform what is happening now, and to get ahead of what could come. And most importantly, you learn to read your own body. Even if a vegetable none of us had ever seen fell from space, without hearing what anyone says about it, you become able to tell from its qualities whether it would serve your body in the conditions you are in today.

  5. In between

We keep talking on Telegram. On a tired Tuesday evening, when life gets to you, that is where we really work out what you can do.

The first changes.

  • Eating out without doing arithmetic in your head.
  • Meals that don't leave you bloated.
  • The post-lunch slump finally lifting.
  • Starting to trust your own gut while everyone tells you something different.

Then the ones that take a few months.

  • Going to the bathroom every day, like clockwork.
  • Falling asleep without a fight.
  • Periods that come on time.
  • Moods that don't knock you sideways.

What shifts inside.

  • Catching the old pattern before it runs your week.
  • Reading a symptom as a message, not an alarm.
  • Pausing without calling it quitting.

And as your body settles, there's room for:

  • Rest you don't have to earn.
  • The life you actually want to live.

Not a smaller life.A fuller one.

In their words

After meals, or when I was stressed, I'd get an uncomfortable swelling that lasted for days. I had trouble falling asleep, my skin was very dry, my cycles were under 28 days. After working with Melis, all of it resolved in a month.

Ayşegül L.Bloating, constipation, sleep, irregular cycles

In their words

Working with you helped me understand my prakriti and the imbalances I had been living with. Thank you for everything I have learned so far. As you know, before we worked together I had allergic rhinitis, trouble sleeping and heartburn. After we started, none of it was left.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How to begin?
  1. A complimentary strategy call, to understand what you need.
  2. I listen to where you are today and what you've tried so far.
  3. Then we decide together whether this work is right for you.
Why do you work long-term? Why isn't there a single session?

Because if we stopped after one session, you'd leave with what I gave you and keep needing answers from outside yourself. That's the opposite of what Ayurveda is for.

One session can give you information, even a good protocol. What it can't tell you is whether your body, your energy and your real life can hold it.

That part you only learn by living it. You try something, you notice what changes, what doesn't, what gets in the way. Then we make sense of it together and adjust. Each time, your trust in yourself, your own wisdom, grows a little more.

That's the whole point: Ayurveda stops being something you follow and becomes the way you live.

In their words

Each session builds on the one before, and by the end you understand yourself better. Now I can read what my body needs much more clearly, and what I learned keeps supporting me long after the time we worked together.

Alev Ş.

I've tried Ayurveda before and couldn't keep it up. It felt like too much.

I understand this completely. When I first came across Ayurveda, I saw three different practitioners in six months. Nothing they told me was wrong, but none of it suited my nervous system at the time. And I spent that whole period labelling myself as someone who couldn't do it.

Then I saw it: knowing matters, but it isn't enough to change.

We all know so much. The problem isn't not knowing. It's the mind turning every "right thing" into a task. Every task into pressure. Every pressure into a little more tightness.

That's what Cycle Break is for. It's the third step of the Magnetic Nature Method, and to me the most important one. Together, we notice the cycle that keeps taking you back to starting over, and we change it with the one step your body can carry this week.

In their words

What made the difference was that it was built for me. Not every prescription suits everyone, and in the general ones I always felt lost.

Banu

I don't trust myself to keep this up.

If you're saying this, that is exactly why you need it.

Most of the time, it isn't really about discipline. This feeling usually comes from burnout, after a long time of trying to keep up diets and protocols that were never right for your body. They weren't sustainable. What lasts is what your body can repeat in its natural state.

And Ayurveda is about understanding your nature, so there's nothing to force. Things begin to happen naturally, on their own.

One is always more than zero.

In their words

The hardest part for me was fitting the new habits into my daily routine, but the motto "one step towards yourself is better than no step at all" carried me. When I paid attention to how I ate and also worked on what strained me in the rest of my life, my TSH came back into balance and my complaints went away.

Burçin G.

Is this right for me if I've already tried many things?

Often that's exactly when this helps most.

Because Ayurveda isn't one more method to try. It's a way of understanding yourself: your own wisdom, your body's own user manual.

Once you have that manual, everything you've gathered starts to fall into place: what was right for you, what was right for someone else, and what you can finally let go of.

I don't believe there's a condition or situation Ayurveda can't help with, because it always begins with you.

In their words

Even though I had been interested in Ayurveda for three or four years, it was only after working with you that I started to understand what my body needs, and learned that the things I believed were right weren't always true for me. I changed the things I did thinking they were healthy.

Filiz D.

Do I have to give up the foods I love?

No.

Ayurveda says that what heals one person can be poison for another. And what suits you in one season can strain your body in another.

So the real question is: which food, when, how, and how much?

We learn these principles together. Once you know them, you can choose for yourself what supports you, and when, including the foods you love.

In their words

Now I know that feeding my body won't make me gain weight, that food isn't going to harm me, and that what matters is what I eat and when.

Büşra E.

How does this work online?

I've held my sessions on Zoom for six years.

But what sets this 1:1 work apart most is what happens in between. The real learning happens between sessions, when what you know meets real life.

Whatever comes up, wherever you stumble or feel unsure, we talk it through on Telegram.

Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda before we begin?

No, you don't need to know anything.

What a dosha is, what the Sanskrit terms mean: you can begin without any of it.

Your inborn constitution and your current state become clearer to you, session by session.

We start with today: how your body is right now, how your days go, what you've lived through so far, and what you need.

How do I know if this is the right time to begin?

I always give the same answer to this: the right time is now.

Because there is no ideal time. We say "once this passes, it'll be better," or "once that's over, I'll start." But no one can promise that something else won't come once it passes. And before we know it, years have gone by.

It's completely normal not to feel ready. When a big change comes, especially in the body, it may not feel safe at first, simply because it doesn't know what's coming.

So all you need is to be ready to be ready.

If you're unsure, that's what the call is for. We talk about where you are and look together at whether this support is right for you now.
