You've studied Ayurveda for a while. You know the theory. But in front of a real person,it doesn't all come together yet.

One case at a time, until you trust what you see.

Who this is for

Practitioners and health professionals

  • You've been in practice for a while, and there's a case you'd like a second pair of eyes on.
  • You want somewhere to bring the cases and questions that stay with you after the client leaves.
  • You're a doctor, a nutritionist, or a health professional in another modality, and you're curious how Ayurveda would read your patients.

Ayurveda students

  • Your notes are full, and still no client looks like the book.
  • The textbook advice isn't wrong. It just doesn't fit the client you're seeing.
  • So you start to wonder: did I learn it wrong? Do I need to study more?
  • It's normal to feel this way. Theory and practice are two very different things.

Maybe these are on your mind:

  • What does this person really need?
  • I can see what they need, but where do I start?
  • What could this person actually change first, tomorrow?

How we can work

Bring a client you're working with now.

You bring what you've observed: their history, symptoms and daily life, the questions you asked, and what you're thinking of recommending.

Together we sort out what matters now, what needs a closer look, and what can wait.

The tongue says one thing and the history says another. A recommendation is right on paper and impossible for this person to follow.

This is where you grow your own judgement:

  • how you observe,
  • how you assess,
  • what you put first,
  • how you respond.

If you're a doctor or work in another field of health, you bring your clinical eye and I bring Ayurveda's. We look at the same person from two places.

What changes in your practice

  • You walk into a consultation knowing where to begin.
  • You learn how to give recommendations your client can actually live with.
  • You notice what you used to miss.
  • And most of all, you begin to trust yourself.
“The notes she sent after our sessions, with detailed information, recipes and the right sources to turn to, were far more thorough than I expected. My knowledge of Ayurveda has deepened, and I'm now at a place where I can look at my own nature, and at nature itself, through a much wider window.”

From Melis

I almost didn't become a practitioner.

I started my practitioner training only to work through my own health problems. I never meant to practise. I was afraid that if this became my job, I would stop loving it. And if someone was paying me, I had to know everything. As you can imagine, when it comes to health, knowing everything is close to impossible.

Then a woman I trusted deeply told me: “If you never start, if you never practise, you will never grow. Start with what your cup can hold. Otherwise, what you've learned will make you sick.”

So I started with what my cup could hold: the people close to me. Every time I applied what I knew, explained it, passed it on, I trusted myself a little more, and my learning went deeper. Seeing what people really needed changed me faster than anything.

That's why I opened this space. To be for you what she was for me.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

I trained at a different school. Can I still work with you?

Yes.

You don't need to come from a particular school or lineage. You bring the education and experience you already have, and we work from there.

I'm a doctor, or I work in another field of health. Is this for me?

Yes. This is the work I love most, because together we discover the power of seeing one person from two different places.

You bring your clinical eye. I bring Ayurveda's way of looking: the person before the diagnosis, their digestion, their qualities, their rhythm.

Nothing here asks you to set aside what you know.

I don't have clients yet. Is this still for me?

Yes, I understand this so well. I was there once too.

But maybe there's something you can't see yet: your friends and your family. I'm sure they would be glad to be your first clients.

Or you can come with a subject you want to go deeper into.

And if you don't yet know how to approach a client or where to begin, you can come with just that.

What if I'm not ready yet?

I know this feeling well. I didn't feel ready either.

I thought I had to know everything first. Then I started with what my cup could hold, and the confidence came after I began.

That's what the sessions are for.

Can I bring a real client's details?

Yes, that is what case work is for.

You'll need their consent to share their case with me. I don't need their name or anything that identifies them, so you can leave those out.

What we need is the picture: history, symptoms, daily life, and what you have tried so far.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. Once I've read your application, we'll talk through the details and the price together.

Do I receive a certificate?

No.

This is mentorship and supervision, not a certified training programme.
