Melis Baltalı Olçum

Hi I’m MelisI am an Ayurvedic practitioner.

I believe each of us carries a nature that already knows, and that draws what it wants

it’sMagneticNature

And I am here to help you remember

thatwisdom

For a long time, everything looked fine on the outside.

I was a marketing manager at world-renowned global companies. I loved my work.

I put my exhaustion down to ambition.

My anxiety down to drive.

My not being able to stop down to what success costs.

And all of it felt normal.

I believed hard work was the only way, and I lived by pushing, always doing more.

corporate years

Until my body began to ask for something else.At first, it was subtle. Then louder.

  • Anaemia
  • Constipation
  • Throat reflux
  • Painful periods
  • Anxiety
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Low immunity

They were all warning lights my body had switched on.and I looked away

I set out to live a healthy life.I tried a great deal along the way, and I got genuinely tired.

What was considered “good” at the time.

  • Health trends
  • Diets
  • Supplements
  • Protocols

Some helped briefly. But nothing lasted.

I kept ending up

in the same cycle

trying harder

always on alert

doing more

feeling more disconnected

At some point I started to see my job as the cause of all of it

So I turned down an international promotion I actually wanted, took a break from work, and travelled the world.

For a while everything softened. Then it all came back. But for the first time it gave me ground I could heal on.

It wasn’t the job.I had been treating my health the way I treated my career: by burning the engine.

Just as I was about to give up, Ayurveda came into my life, in its westernised form.

It felt familiar. Grounding. Wise.

Westernised Ayurveda helped, but it was not enough to solve what I was carrying. It was not wrong, but it was incomplete.

Ancient wisdom had drifted from its essence and quietly become lists, charts and rules.

Because I could not see what was missing until I had met the whole of it,understanding the principles and the essence of real Ayurveda became a long journey, and it cost me a great deal, in money and in spirit.

Does it have to be that way for everyone? Absolutely not.

And when my body did not respond the way I expected, I decided the problem was me.

In time I saw it:

a wisdomrooted inbeing

I was trying to live it with a nervous system that only knew how to push

So I went deeper. To the ancient roots. To living practice. To the body’s own voice.

The deeper I went, the more I saw how easy the way actually is.

I discovered things I never expected:

  • not controlling my body, but learning to trust it again
  • putting rhythm before rules
  • nourishing instead of restricting
  • teaching the body not with words but with repetition and experience

Ayurveda did not only help me heal physically.
It made me become a woman who:

  • Can pause, and can simply be.
  • Understands herself.
  • Makes room for what she dreams of.

Today

I live in Bali with my family: a life closer to nature, simpler and more intuitive.

In time this life became my work too.

And the more closely I listened to my own nature, life…

got simplerwent deeperslowed down

now I know this

There is a current inside each of us, calling for its own rhythm.
When you stop resisting it, balance comes back.

I call this effortlessnessMagnetic Nature

In 6 years of practice I have worked with more than 400 women.Almost all of them arrived already exhausted from trying.

No one should have to walk a road this hard just to feel well. That is why I built Tune Into Your Nature: so you can start with digestion and live trusting your own inner compass, without needing any force outside you.

I’m here so that you

  • slow down,
  • never hand your wisdom to anyone again,
  • trust your own rhythm again.

Then you stop having to push.
What is right for you starts to pull.

This is the work I live. And the space I hold.Tune into your nature.

a return to your

Magnetic Nature
